Every engagement is a monthly subscription at a transparent fixed rate with an annual bank of flexible advisory hours. Clients can use those hours when the need is greatest, rather than being limited to a fixed project menu.
If a client is not getting value from the advisory engagement, the client does not pay the bill. Where third-party expertise is necessary, it is separately scoped, authorized, and paid as a Specialist Engagement.
